The device is not working properly. What should I do?

This may be due to one of the following reasons:

1️⃣ The shaving head may be clogged with hair.
Use the included cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the head, then try again.

2️⃣ The battery may be low or fully discharged.
Fully recharge the device and test it again.

I hear unusual noise during use. What should I do?

Turn off the device immediately and inspect the blade to ensure it is not damaged or deformed.

Is it waterproof? Will it rust?

Yes. The device is rated IPX6 waterproof and can be rinsed under running water.

After washing, dry it thoroughly with a cloth or paper towel.
When properly dried, it will not rust.
